Every movement your body makes depends on energy at the cellular level. Many people think resilience, strength and performance come from discipline or training alone but that is simply not the case. Many rest on a deeper biological foundation, your cellular energy system. At the center of that system are your mitochondria, the powerhouse of your cells. Every step you take, every weight you lift and every muscle contraction depends on mitochondrial energy. Muscle cells are especially energy demanding and contain thousands of mitochondria. Without energy, muscles simply cannot perform. And that's why I recommend Timelines Might Appear, a supplement containing urolithinate which supports the cellular process mitophagy. Energy helps the body remove damaged mitochondria and support healthier function. Might appear may support cellular energy, muscle strength, recovery and healthy aging which are the keys to supporting mitochondrial health. Timelines might appear is now available at a new lower price of only $79 but you have to visit Timeline.com backslash Dylan Gimelli. That's Timeline.com backslash Dylan Gimelli to save today. No conspiracy theorists. I keep it as real as anybody that you're ever going to come across. But when I see things and I see everything and I see a lot and I experience, I get more around different types of environments, different types of scenarios and situations. I see real life dad and not studies that are rigged to come out in a certain way that they want them to come out. No, no, no, no, no, no. I'm talking in the trenches. I'm talking about everyday life, whether it's clients, whether it's colleagues, you name it. I want the real true life situations. So when I say some of these things today, this isn't fear mongering. This isn't me making things up or saying something that sounds cool. This is what I've observed. This is what I know. So we were told that the sun, salt, fat, cholesterol, all these things are going to kill you. And then what happened? Well, they, I say that in quotation marks, they got rich selling us all a cure. Between 1976 and 2026, obesity rates did what? They tripled. But we all followed, listened, everything that we were told. So what I'm going to do is I'm going to give you seven different lies that created a true and real epidemic. Now I'm starting with number one, because this one really affected me in a major way. And I do think it was one of the most horrific and prevalent lies that we were fed for so long, so many years. And unfortunately, this one hit me in like my early stages of life. But that was that fats were going to make you fat. The demonizations of fat, which caused for me what we call lipophobia, the fear of fats. Every single cell in our bodies are wrapped in fat. Your brain is mostly fat. Your hormones are built from fat. What do we protect our cellular membranes with? With fat. The cell itself, the cellular membrane is the protection around the cell. But we were told that the fat that we were eating and consuming was actually making us sick. And not only that, no, no, no, that's not where it ends. We were actually told to swap it out for low fat foods, loaded with additive sugar, all this processed crap. I go back and I have these conversations a lot. I go back and look at some of the foods that I thought that I was eating that were good for me that were so bad, filled with some of the things that we know now were just horrible, horrible for you, causing so much disruption within our bodies. And yet we were told time and time again to eat these foods when fat intake actually fell, obesity and diabetes exploded. The real danger was not in the fact it was just a gold mine. That's it. All of these different products and these theories and facts. I said once again, I say in quotations that we're thrown our way, that we were led to belief. And it's, what are we supposed to do when those are the guidelines? All of the fuel and nature's fuel was stripped away and it was replaced with cheap additives, corn, soy, carbs. And not only that, but they put things in the foods to make us addicted to to create an addiction. So you think about how horrific that is. Not only is it about money, but then they're doing stuff to our foods that they know were actually killing us, causing disease. Wait, but then we can put you on medications to treat these diseases. So we're extending years, but we're stripping away life from the years. You think about how despicable that some of these things are. These are realities. These are things that I have seen over the years. And I have a voice now and I'm not going to sit by and watch these things go. And I'm going to put out all of the things that we've been through because you know this, these things, even if we have answers now, there's going to be something else. There's going to be something else. There's going to be something else. It's going to be this constant influx of things that come our way. So what do we look at next? Well, there's several things, but we're going to have to talk about cholesterol because it kind of goes hand in hand with the fats. The war on cholesterol and the medications that we're going to use to treat this dangerous, dangerous thing. Do you know that half of the people that die of heart attacks actually have what they call normal cholesterol? But I shouldn't even say, do we even know what normal cholesterol even is? Because anymore I don't. But from how it's always changed on what is acceptable, what's dangerous, what's good, what's bad, what's indifferent. A lot of doctors want to run your LDL into the ground and how dangerous that is, how extremely dangerous that is. If you go look at some statistics and look them up and look into this, a lot of people with higher cholesterol actually live longer, especially as they age. But we were told that one of our most vital molecules was a ticking time bomb. You know the real dangerous inflammation, right? Inflammation is the key cause of all diseases and people are walking around so highly inflamed. Cholesterol itself is the raw material for your hormones, your brain function, your cellular repair. But instead of taking a look at the obvious diet and lifestyle, what happened? Well, we're going to put everybody on statins. We're going to put everybody on statins and that's going to be the answer. How many people are suffering that use statins? How many people are miserable using them? And how efficient are they? Are they really stopping people from dying? Are they contributing to it? I'm just asking questions. I'm not saying anything. All I know is it's a billion dollar market and they create it for lifelong customers. So you take from that what you want. I know what I know and I just want to make sure that people that aren't aware are aware. So what about next? War on red meat because it's always a war on something. They put and took something like a grass fed steak and nice cuts of grass fed meat and lumped it together with processed foods, hot dogs, hamburgers from McDonald's or Burger Gang full of grease and who knows what else. Deli meats and then they told us it was going to kill us. Take years off of our life. You know, if you just use your heads here, use common sense. Humans thrived on meat forever, forever. Way before there was any obesity, diabetes and heart disease. What do you think they were eating? Since the beginning of time, what do you think they were eating? The real danger wasn't the meat. It was the processed garbage that they replaced it with demonizing meat. Would you think that was really about our health or was it a way to create a population to hook them on cheap grains? Does that sound like something that could have potentially happened? Maybe putting that kind of crap at the top of a food guide pyramid and telling everybody that that was the right things to be eating. And then putting the good foods at the bottom? Why? Why? Why would we ever do that? I don't know, something to think about. Coffee gives you a moment of energy. Nandika gives you momentum for life. I mean, any more were always told that sun is just going to kill you. Sunlight boosts immunity, it balances hormones and it lifts your mood, it strengthens your bones, it extends your life, but it's free. It's free. Can't charge people for the sun. At least I don't think yet. I'm sure there could be a way to find to do that too once the secret gets out. Yes, there are people that have skin conditions. You want to be careful of the sun. Yes. You want to sit in the sun hours and hours and hours every single day, but you could say that about a lot of things that you don't want to overdo. If you're used properly, we do need sunlight. We need it. It's so important. You have to get vitamin D from the sun. You can't just rely on supplements all day long. Then what about sunscreen? Ever take a look at a sunscreen label? Do you ever take the time? I can't blame you if you don't because there's 975 million ingredients in the back of it. Should you really want to go down the list and Google them all and look them all up and see what exactly they are? You probably don't want to see what they are and what they can actually do to you. Hormone disruptors, toxic chemicals, blocking your vitamin D production. It's not about your health. Not about your health at all. But they scream at the top of their lungs that it is. How about breakfast? All the years breakfast of champions. Breakfast most important meal of the day. Most of human history, breakfast didn't even exist. Why? Because people got up when the sun came up. They worked. They hunted. You think they were fine in food in five minutes? And eaten breakfast? No. They ate when they became available. It was middle of the day, sometimes the evening. And here's the kicker. Here's the fun stuff. Then everybody was told that if you skipped your cereal, that good old morning cereal, the real danger wasn't skipping breakfast. It was eating cereal that was going to wreck your health. It was nonstop eating. Cereal companies had to turn these sheep, garbage, grains, and do a gold mine. So we were told to start by eating sugar in a box because that's what it is. Good old frosted flakes and cookie crisp and whatever else we can throw down everybody's throats. Go look at what's actually in your box of cereal and imagine it's gotten way worse than it even was. So it was bad enough before when I was growing up. But what do you think it's like now? I'll go compare labels to look at the box. I don't think that you'll be very pleased with what you find. How about fluoride? Wow, that's the big teeth protector. Or is it a marketing spin? Is it a good way to dump industrial waste without paying to filter it out? Hmm. Did you know fluoride was potentially linked to thyroid disruption? Could potentially lower your IQ, bone damage, and high doses. Fluoride really something that we want to be taking in daily? I don't know. Maybe just ask and you'll get your answer because I know what they're going to tell you. Salt. Well, what about salt? Salt's going to raise your blood pressure. You don't want to eat salt because it's going to wreck you. It's going to kill you. Salt's going to destroy your heart. So you better not have it. You better eliminate it totally from your diet. But populations eating high salt diets for centuries had low hypertension rates. Then processed foods and sugars entered into the picture and everything changed. The real danger was never salt. It's not. How about mineral deficiencies? So we were told to fear salt, but then we were pushed onto sugar, seed oils, processed foods. Those are the actual drivers of heart disease. The salt scare, was it really about protection or was it about misdirection? So you have to ask yourself, are you really sick when things happen? Or are you nutrient deficient? Fatigue, brain fog, depression. Are they actually treated with nutrition? Because let me tell you something. Food is medicine. And I can tell you that knowing it better than anybody that food is medicine. But deficiency gets labeled as disease. And then your symptoms, well, you know what happens from there. It's a life sentence to medications. And then you got to rob Peter to pay Paul because one medicine is going to cause you side effects. You got to take another one to fix that, but then you have to take another one to fix that. You're on 20 different medications and your schedule for your entire day has lived on timing what pill you have to take when. And I've seen it a lot. And that becomes your whole life. Guess what there's no profit in sunlight? No. Is there a big profit in people that are taking proper minerals, magnesium, eating clean food? Yeah, you have to buy those. How much money is that making people realistically as opposed to the things that we were told? They misdiagnosed symptoms that your body is trying to solve with what it never received. You're not broke. You're actually depleted. And the fact that we've been led in the direction of causing depletion, it's just sad. It's sad. So my goal is to educate you, to enlighten you, to show you what's happening. Where things are going. Let me tell you something. I don't belong to any group of people. I never will. The only group I belong to is God's group. You start listening to what politicians and people in charge and in power say. Go back and compare what they said a year or two ago. Whoever's paying them, they're going to flop and change and save that this and that and this and that. Whatever works for that day. People with money control everything. They do. And unfortunately, not all, not all. I never want to say that I never want to categorize that because it's not fair. But the majority, especially the people with so much money that it's never ending and they can't ever get enough. That tells you enough. All you need to know from the start. Why? Why do you need never ending money? If you're not giving it away to people to help change the world, stop poverty, stop people from struggling, create real health, which will then create real wealth. Or, I don't know, are there multitudes of thoughts that I would have? It's not just about putting people on medications and making money off of them. Maybe it's about making them weaker, not strong enough, not smart enough. Maybe some people that you deem not smart or not intelligent really are. Maybe it's something with their health that's not allowing them to be as sharp as they should be or as aware as they should be. Maybe there's other things going on that are taken away from our life. And silence in people is its second nature anymore. People like me are called bold. I just call myself honest. I just call myself aware. You know, I was at a conference at the Changing Life and Destiny conference and I was on a panel and it made me so sad because we were going down a line and everybody was saying, I'm a disruptor. I'm a disruptor. And it's not that their work made me sad because they're doing good work. Voices. What made me sad was disruptor. Since when did becoming somebody that's doing good and doing something right is a disruptor? You have to be considered a disruptor to do good? That bothered me and it's stuck with me. Disruptors should be people trying to do bad things, trying to create chaos and problems. Not someone trying to do good, but that's where things have gone. You're considered a disruptor for speaking out. You're considered a disruptor for trying to make a difference, make a change to do good. That's not disruption. That's harmony. That's joy. That's peace. That's love. That's the way we were created by God to be. We all have love somewhere down in there. And for those of you that have it, then you know, but those of you that don't and those of you that are committing some of these crimes against humanity or some of you that just aren't aware yet, maybe you should take a look inside and really sit and ask yourself, am I doing good? Am I doing bad? And if I am doing bad, be honest with yourself. Is that how you want to be remembered? Is that how you want to live? Is that how you want to face God at the end of time? What would your children say? What would your parents say? Everybody's got a parent. They wouldn't be here. I just wish and I hope and I pray and I'm going to continue to work as hard as I can to bring people together to learn and understand. It's not about scaring people and throwing out craziness and everything else. And it's not what it's about. It's about making a change and a difference and trying to do something better for people. I don't have a program to sell you. I don't have a website full of supplements and different types of products. I work for a few companies that I totally believe in, but all I have to do that I want to do is not something to sell you. It's to give you hope.
